The Opportunity

1 Simple Scenario w /3 simple variations

All the numbers are based on what DatBoys knows to be their absolute minimums. So...in other words, DatBoys absolutely knows we're going to do those numbers..period! The DatBoys Team knows the numbers will be higher then the ones presented to you here in this Scenarios (see Financials & Balance Sheet).
The DatBoys Team is presenting the following conservative scenarios to show the Investor[s] that there is a lower risk factor then they would normally expect.
The numbers presented here will be on a "per shop" basis with each shop completing 2 Hard Drive data recoveries a day at $850 average per Job and on top of that 34 RAIDs a year at $15,000 average per job. That works out to $612,000 per year for the Hard Drives and $510,000 per year for the RAIDs. These are "Base Minimums" with all number in an upward movement.
Total for both is $1,122,000 gross per year...per shop with the total expenditures being $240K yearly per shop.

The yearly expenditures will increase with inflation as will the pricing structure be increased to reflect that.
We expect the amount of jobs to increase by 25% per shop the second full year which is not reflected in the chart, nor will it be reflected in the Financials. The Financials are predicated on the Base Markets of Personal data recovery and Small to Medium Sized Company's data recoveries. Please keep that in mind

Preamble:
Data Recovery is a growth industry. Hard Drives are needed for "all" computers. Whether it be a Home PC's or for Business, and not just the kind of business you envision. Hard Drives provide the medium by which companies can deliver all types of services which include but not limited to Personal Programs to Broadband Services, Telephone Services and now, even Televisions have a device that records and saves TV Programing for future viewing. It's called the TiVo.
This phenomena only started to take a good foothold in 2000.
In 1995 there were only 100,000 Websites in the world. 99% of them were in the United States. Approximately 20% of those were business related. Most were in Unversities and technologically orient individual's homes. By 1998 that number had increased to 200,000 websites worldwide. We had the Dot Com craze for a year and a half and then things started settling into a pattern in 2000. The point is it's all Hard Drives that store the data.

Computers and their use is still in the toddler stage. Hard drives have seen a dramatic increase in storage capacity. With this is an increase in the cost for data recovery. DatBoys CEO & COO have been in the industry since 1995.
As little as 3 years ago the storage capacity of an affordable Hard Drive was 160 Gigabytes. The average size of the Hard Drives coming into the shop since DatBoys started this business in August of 2006 have tripled in the data storage capacity.
In the Scenarios below, DatBoys has determined that $850 is a good average price on a "Standard" recovery. It's a conservative average used as a water line, so to speak. It would soon be amended to $1000 per Hard Drive specifically due to the fact that DatBoys is now seeing 500 Gigabyte to 1 Terabyte (1,000 Gigabytes) Drive coming in more frequently.

Overview:

DatBoys has a direct contact that works for a large Computer Manufacturer's Regional IT Help Call-In Center. DatBoys Contact indicated that they would put DatBoys at the top of their "Service Providers" referral list but DatBoys would have to have a local presence in their area. DatBoys CEO Chris Perron went down on an exploritory visit this last July and met with the Contact as well as other Local Community Business Leaders and Organizations to scope out the area and start to line up the network of people and services necessary to open and man a shop in an expeditious manner.
The Contact also indicated that if DatBoys lived up to the standards Chris indicated then the Contact would also have their associate workers put DatBoys at the top of their referral list as well. Obviously having the associate workers add DatBoys to the top of their referral list would have a significant impact on increased gross revenue and the bottom line profit over the currently projected numbers.
The DatBoys Team is confident based on just the base market numbers that DatBoys will exceed it's projections far quicker than anticipated.
The DatBoys Contact refers from 10 to 15 jobs a day. Datboys does not expect to get all 10 to 15 referrals but, DatBoys knows that it can bank on 3-4 data recovery referrals a day using DatBoys Services with the average job being charged $850. When the DatBoys Contact's associate workers start referring jobs to DatBoys. DatBoys expects to be recovering 8-10 jobs a day after 4-6 months of operation.

Definitions :
(More defined in Business Plan)

Hard Drive:
A device used in computers that stores/uses data on. Commonly used in Home PC's and Laptops

Personal Standard Recovery: Home Users of PC or Laptops.
Length of Time to Recovery: 3 - 5 Business Days.
Hard Drive Sizes: 40 Gigabytes to 250 Gigabytes
The Indusrty Standard Price Ranges: $500 - $2,500.
DatBoys Price Ranges: $450 - $1,875

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
RAID: A Centralized Computer in a business that serves as the place where all the other office computer are connected to and get information from. In a nutshell a Server is computer that is using 3 or more Hard Drives in tandem acting as 1 Hard Drive. The data that is put on a Server gets split up...or in other words gets gut into pieces and is then stored to the different hard drives for Example, 1 jpeg picture that is copied onto a 3 Hard Drive RAID will get split in 3 pieces and stored on the different Hard Drives. Data Recovery for a RAID is considerably more expensive.

Business RAID Standard Recovery:

Length of Time to Recovery: 5 - 7 Business Days
Number of Hard Drives: 3 to 5 Hard drives
Size of Hard Drives: 40 Gigabyte to 250 Gigabyte
RAID Configuration: 0 - 5
The Indusrty Standard Price Ranges: $10,000 - $32,500
DatBoys Price Ranges: $8,000 - $28,750
RAID Average at DatBoys = $15,000

Q1/m3 = Quarter 1, Month 3 etcetera.

The total monthly expenses per shop including salaries will be $20K

As you review the number below please keep in mind that the standard recovery numbers are very conservative and specifically used so Investor[s] will know that DatBoys will never look at the situation in a Polyannish manner and will project in a conservative manner. Investro[s]should allow Investor[s] to feel comfortable and confident that DatBoys will hit their target. The target projections are important for the Investor to realize a solid ROI.
The Investor[s] will For the numbers to be more realistic they would need to be increased by 50% for year 1. The low numbers were purposely used to show that even in an adverse environment we will be profitable.

As indicated in the "Definitions" RAID jobs typically start around $15K but in Scenario 1 we will be using $5,000 which is way below market and which no company could get it done for. Again these extremely low numbers are to show profitabilty even in a bad market.

[Scenario 1 ]

Beginning of Q1, a Server Tech Savvy Salesman will be calling companies all day long and making contacts with heads of IT Departments. DatBoys is planning on getting RAID Jobs in 60 days but to stay safe in our projections we will stay just a little more conservative and project that DatBoys will start getting RAID Jobs in 90 days.

We now increase our gross revenue by an additional $170,000.

The gross revenue increases to $952,000 for year 1 with the gross profit increasing to $712,000 for year 1.

The total expenses remain at $240,000 for a gross profit of $882,000 for Year 1.

As you can see the numbers jump significantly once we use true market value on the RAID jobs.

You also need to know that RAID Jobs can run into the 10s of thousands of dollars.
The RAID average of $15,000 is for a "Standar" 5-7 Business Day turn around time.
If it's an "Emergency" turn around time of 48hrs. It could be as high as $60,000

[Scenario 3]

This scenario is more realistic in the number of data recoveries Datboys will do daily but the number of days were cut back to show that even if the shop was not open every day, which it will be, DatBoys will still be profitable. So We increased the number of drives by a factor of 2 drives a day but went from 30 days to 20 days thus, 80 Hard Drives a month instead of the 60 we have been using.

The total expenses remaining at $240,000 for a gross profit of $973,000 for Year 1.

The day the door opens we will get jobs. To take a look at a quick 5 year projection "Click Here"

I am hoping you find this interesting

DatBoys Team believes experience and the knowledge of the their competition and the Industry that once they average the jobs out over the first year they will do no less then 5 drives a day from Q1 through Q4 with 4 RAID Jobs a month from Q1/m3. As you can see DatBoys is not being Pollyannaish in their view of the growth and their concern for the investor to realize a health ROI.
.
DatBoys will maintain a strategy of a conservative yet positive growth orient perspective.
The DatBoys Team's opinion is that conservatively speaking they will push for 50% above Scenario 3 and should realize 50% or higher above Scenario 2 and realize gross profits of at least $1.764M in Year 1 for the 2 locations with 394 jobs per shop being the average across the 2 shops. As you can see from the Scenarios above that it more than likely will be greater but... Datboys isn't trying to sell you cubic zarconia pretending it's diamond. What they are trying to tell you is that they have a diamond in the rough but need assistance cutting it. DatBoys absolutely knows that the first year it can take Scenario 1 to the Bank with 712$K per shop for $1.424M gross profits in year 1.

[Conclusion]

In conclusion, with 2 Shops producing at minimum of Scenario 1 while using below market pricing, in other words $952,000 gross revenue a piece for a combined gross revenues of $1.904M by end of Year 1, with a gross profit of $1.424M

Again, keep in mind that's just for the 2 Shops and these numbers are conservative. As you can see by the projections in the Introduction we have larger goals and the next locations are in areas that the CEO has Personal Professional Longstanding Friendship that are Business Owners themselves that have indicated that DatBoys shops in their respective areas would do well. Those locations are outline in the Business Plan.

Just so you know a little about the CEO. He is Divorced, Kids a On their own, Not dating and not planning to in the foreseeable future so there is nothing per say to distract him from his much talked about desire of building DatBoys into a Fortune 500 company.
In his own words Chris Perron the CEO has articulated the following numerous times. "I am divorced and my kids are all on their own for quite some time. I have nothing to distract me from focusing "all" my time on this business. I currently work 16 to 20 hours a day 7 days a week anyway. In other words...."I don't have anything better to do than to build a large, stable, solvent company".

DatBoys would surely appreciate it if you could assist.

Once DatBoys gets the 2nd location operational. It will then have a cookie cutter business to replicate across the nation.
